Amanda Murphy is a highly experienced organisational change and transformation leader with more than 30 years’ experience delivering complex technology, regulatory and business transformation initiatives across Australian Government and financial services organisations. She specialises in organisational change management, transformation strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery, enabling organisations to align people, process and technology to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Throughout her career, Amanda has played key roles in large-scale transformation initiatives, where strong leadership, structured change frameworks, and effective stakeholder engagement were critical to success.
